Do I need an account?

No visible account is required in the current version of Can Your Pet.

The app is designed to let you begin using it immediately.

Why don’t I see a percentage for every challenge?

Percentages are only shown when there is enough participant data to provide a meaningful in-app comparison.

Can Your Pet does not invent or display fake participation numbers.

Is Can Your Pet giving veterinary or medical advice?

No.

Can Your Pet is an entertainment and pet behavior discovery app. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, or behavioral diagnosis.

If you have concerns about your pet’s health or wellbeing, contact a qualified veterinarian.

Why is media sometimes unavailable?

Some challenge content may depend on local or network availability. If media does not load, you should still be able to answer the challenge.

How can I request deletion of my data?

Please contact support and state that you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of Can Your Pet.

We may ask for limited information necessary to identify the relevant app data.
